During our study of Martin Luther King Jr. and Arctic Animals, the students develop Higher Level Thinking Questions about those topics of study. Then, technology is integrated to allow the students access to type and print their higher level thinking questions. All questions are discussed, either small group or whole group. By now, the students have a clear understanding of higher level vocabulary and how to ask meaningful questions. As you can see on the polar bear, a student of mine could not stop asking questions!
