We created word triangles to increase our student’s vocabulary. This was during the winter time, so the students picked an over used word to go on the top and in the middle they picked a higher level synonym. Then, we use the thesaurus to find a higher level synonym for the bottom part of the tree. You can find the templates by following the link below. I used aluminum foil for the icicles.
